Call forwarding stuck on Fongo

Ok I click login in the chat to contact someone it doesn't log me in.

  • I was traveling I selected call forwarding from settings I have disabled it and logout of Fongo. I still don't get calls, all my voice mail going to Fongo number! I've lost on medical appointments no one to talk to here in chat!
  • Also everytime I sign in I click "THIS IS A TRUSTED DEVICE" and it still asks me to enter code from phone number Every time.
  • So 3 issues with public mobile. I'll be leaving.

hi @Glad 

did you use overseas sim card or travel esim when you were travelling?  Make sure you removed the overseas sim card and disable the travel esim.  It sounds like you might still have the other sim/esim there

I can open chatbot ticket without problem

But since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

are you back in Canada? on your phone, try dial  ##004#  to remove all forwarding
