I think they are having issues with there service in general. The mods are slow to get back it seems, which may indicate wider spread issues. I am getting that same error that you are, but my plan just renewed today. Something is up...
I have the same problem, but in Calgary. I have canada wide calling and text, with data. I cant call any local numbers or any long distance numbers. Data is also locked for me. My plan renewed over night, auto pay went through fine, and nothing today...
