@vkp Is this everywhere or just one location? For example my iPhone is on a 5G plan and does get 5G when I'm away from home, but in my house it only gets LTE because the 5G signal is not strong enough to penetrate the house walls. Having said that, it is plenty fast on LTE so not a problem, almost reaching the advertised speed for 5G anyway. But some 5G phones do not get 5G on Public Mobile hence @hTideGnow 's question what phone do you have?

Check to see if you are in 5G coverage.

If you are then check your cellular phone settings.

hi @vkp
what phone do you have?
reboot phone once and then try Reset Network Settings
if you still not getting 5G, try manually changing network mode, try both Automatic and 5G (or 5G on)
