5g shows on iPhone in us but no connection

I am in Boston and have us/ can 5g

plan,5g shows on phone but loose 

my internet ,have to switch back to lte which is very slow.

5G does not work well with roaming

please use 4G or LTE and try on both AT&T and T-Mobile.  Speed should be ok

@aavenger54  Try phone set to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile or AT&T

add 4G/LTE is best for in the US and note it’s also capable of 250mbs 5G speeds
