Changed my subsciption to 5G , but my services are not updated

What do you mean? There's no more 48 hour delay. Also, even 3G and 4G plans get access to the 5G network. The issue is with your phone. Are you sure your phone is 5G? And do you have the Preferred Network set correctly in your network settings on your phone? And you're in a 5G coverage area?

Also note you can still get 5G speed with a 4G plan. The plan is about max speed, not the network you can connect to.

Do you have a 5G compatible phone? What is the make and model of your phone?

please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to  check My Account and see if it shows the  new plan?  Also check payment history, did PM took the new plan money?

If it did, reboot the phone , you might want to click Reset All networks

Hi @Sandybuma, when did you make the plan change? it can take 24 to 48 hrs for the system to update your speed. You also might be in an area that does not have 5G towers close to you, is there someone else you know that is getting 5G from PM where you are?
