5G Not Working!

I recently subscribed to PM. It has been a day. I got the $34 - 20GB 5G data plan yesterday. Unfortunately, in my settings it only gives me an option of LTE or 3G, even though my phone is an iPhone 12 and I was with Telus before, 5G was on all the time. 
I restarted my phone several times and rested the network settings on my iPhone but it’s still the same. 
I also have the option to delete this cellular and download the esim again because PM sent me a QR code on my email. I don’t wanna risk it though. I tried submitting a ticket as well, but it keeps on showing me an error. 
Also, I have subscribed to the black Friday promo now, It’ll change on the renewal next month.

@ASaeed In addition to the other suggestions, go tonSettings/General/About and see if your phone installs an updated carrier profile.

Double check your network type under your settings and make sure it's not LTE only or some variation that doesn't allow 5G

@ASaeed , this may be a silly question but is your iPhone updated to the latest software iOS 17.1.1?

Edit: it isn’t your eSIM. Please don’t delete it or you will need to purchase another one or a SIM Card! You cannot use the same QR code again!

@ASaeed  That’s odd you should have 5G option in cellular voice and data options , but you can use this direct link to sub not ticket with support
