Hi,
Looking for help with transferring my Telus ESIM number into Public Mobile ESIM. I was unable to, at sign up and now as well maybe due to the site overload and receiving errors . I currently have 2 lines and would like to port in my Telus number into my public account as soon as possible. For reference i keep getting errors trying to submit a support ticket. Thanks in advance!

Hi Pvkom26, thanks I will definitely do that as it seems my wife's number is also having errors coming from TELUS and will need support intervention. 🙂

You can send a private message to @CS_Agent . That will do the same thing as that form would. But keep in mind - they probably won’t reply until later in the morning!
An alternative to that would be trying the link in the Profile menu again. As you probably know, the website was down for more than 12 hours yesterday and only recently allowed users to log in to their accounts. I’m assuming some elements of it are still recovering. Try again in half an hour or so, it might work!

Thanks I'll give that a try. Tried the chatbot earlier, it forwarded me to a link where I filled out my name and IMEI but got an error when trying to submit it.

Since their servers are recovering from Black Friday, I would suggest clearing your browser cache or trying in Icognito mode. If that doesn't work, you can just put in a request through the chatbot and it'll reach one of their virtual support people.

Hi Khraeohn, yes I got that far but when I click "transfer number " it spins and gives me an error along the lines something seems wrong.

So. Just to confirm, have you made a subscription and are now able to access your account?
If so, go to your account settings and then profile.
You will see an option to transfer the # to your right.
