I just signed up for plan $34/20G on Nov 11th, can I change it to $34/40G? How many times will the monthly fee be deducted? Thank you.

@Pvkom26 , they better be available tomorrow or there will be a lot or very angry Customers!
I will tag you & post an update here as soon as I am able to successfully load the app & My Account page.

@lynn18 , please select change plan on renewal so you do not get charged again. Theres no proration here. You don’t get refunds for unused days of your current plan. Many of us are trying to switch on renewal but can not get our My Account to load nor the Public Mobile app. The system is over loaded. Once you can sign in & get the page to load select change on renewal. Thats my plan.
I received a response back from a CS_Agent!
I tried to switch to this plan but My Account & Public Mobile app are stuck on loading & never does. A CS_Agent said:
“We are aware that there are issues with the website and the access to the self-serve profile.
That is due to the launch of the new plans.
The Tech Team is aware of the issue.
I suggest that you wait until tomorrow and try again.
At the moment, the website has issues due to a high volume of users.
I hope that tomorrow the website is running properly so you can schedule the plan change.”

You can change it but it will be applied only on your next billing date.
Moreover, the Public Mobile website has been down for about five hours now, preventing current users from changing their plans - or new customers from signing up.
Hopefully the issues will be fixed closer to the evening.

go ahead and change it ...but...select Change at Renewal. That way you won't pay until existing plan runs out and new plan is selected.

Hi @lynn18
Yes you can change it by going into self-serve and selecting "change subscription", make sure to change it on renewal date.
Note: website is down right now, please try again later, it may not be fixed until tomorrow.
