I just switched over to 5G US-CAD plan. Data speed haven't improved much, only uploading shows a little better but downloading is still around 50-75Mbps. How is the experience of others?

Try to connect to the 4G network as well. I usually get better results on the 4G network in/around my home.

So I should check speed at another location? Doesn't make sense that download speed is now actually lower tha what I was getting on 4G.

Please note that your speeds aren't 50 to 75 MB/s. That would actually be 400 to 600 Mbps. The small case b vs a capital letter makes a large difference. As for speeds, the way that your speeds were already below the 100Mbps maximum speed means that the network at that location isn't able to provide the maximum speeds of even for a 4G speed plan. Upgrading to a 5G plan would yield no speed increase those types of situations. 5G speed plans don't grant users acess to any new network. it's only a change in the maximum possible speed.
