Activated a new line and it seems that someone else also has the same number.

Hi,

 

I recently activated a $15 plan for my son with a brand new number and it seems someone else also has the same number.  He keeps getting added to groups in Whatsapp and keeps getting random messages from people.

Is it possible for the admins to assign a new number without paying for it out of my pocket?

@Kansa20134   Just to add to what's been said already, PM permits four number changes per 30 days for free.

hi @Kansa20134 PM always make this mistake, system glitch. Just login  My Account, Profile page and choose another number

@Kansa20134  This is a glitch and sometimes happens , some one else number was in the number pool and should not have been . You will need to log into your account and choose a new number . Or get support to help you
