5G Data Pack not working

I ungraded to the 20 GB data at 5G speed for $34.00 and my data hasn’t worked at all, I have been using the 4 G pack until now which was working with the APN setting I found on the official website, what should I do to make this one work?

I am having the exact same issue, which started when the plan switched yesterday.  Went through all the steps outlined form the chatbot and have since submitted a ticket.

@Dkkkkkkkkk it could be a problem of today.  I have seen through couple posts with similar issue after a plan change.

You can try Reset All Network or try your sim card on another phone to force a sim re-provision and see if it helps 

If issue persists, Please open ticket with PM support and have them to re-provision you account/sim to resolve your issue

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Switching plans shouldn't have any impact on that. Have you tried rebooting your phone?
