Data not working

Hello

The data on my phone is not working even if I have the data plan with 20Gb of data valid until June 11

Please help me resolve this issue

Which model? Older LG phones have an issue with the APN updating. You can try powering off your phone. Remove the pm Sim card. Wait 10 minutes and reinsert your pm sim card and see if the APN repopulates the PM APN. Otherwise you will need to edit your APN as supplied above.

But most data issue is a local device setup problem, it might be quicker if you check the following first:

if it is an iPhone, update the iOS and update Carrier Profiles, then click Reset network settings

if it is an Android,  compare the APN settings below, try to update it and save:

You can send them a private message. (Or use the chatbot by clicking the message bubble at the bottom right.) But they have closed for the day so the community can continue to troubleshoot with you if you want to try and resolve the issue tonight otherwise customer support will reply to your private message box tomorrow.

It is an LG phone 

The data worked then I went to Europe for a 1.5 months, and now I am back to Canada, the phone works but data doesn't...

Yes, I have a data limit by nothing is used this month, so it should work, but it didn't

Use the arrow at the right of your post to edit out your phone #.

Has the data ever worked on your phone? Do you have your data limiter enabled on your phone? The default is usually 5gb. Do you have data remaing on your plan? Login and confirm.
