Hello, I am trying to switch my current plan 5G 60G for $40 Mo to the boxing week promo of 5G 75G for $35 Mo but as an existing customer, this plan does not come up as an option when I go to Change my subscription. Is this for new customers only or is there a way for me to change to this plan?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you, was able to switch my daughter's plan without issues as well.

You have to look on your plan change page in the account. Everyone has different plans. If the plan is there, you can get it.

I have done that with one of my family line too. That time I was lucky, it was just a day before the renewal, so a Change Now does not hurt that much

@8333 Yes, several people have confirmed it's worked for them.

Has anyone gone through the steps from changing a $40 plan to the 4g $30 plan, then upgrade to the $35 promo?

after you change to the $30 plan, you might see the other plan you want

Thanks so much for your reply. I do see lower priced plans that I could switch to, one being a promo of 4G for $30 per month. Interesting they allow this downgrade but not the boxing week promo!

Hi
As mentioned before PM not allowing to downgrade the plan only upgrade (higher price).
Means if you have plan for $45 , you will not see $35 under your account.
Some people suggested to check the my account and then if you see some lower price plan , like $30 , then choose it and select "Change Now".
This option will bill you credit card right away, and you will not receive any refund for left overs from previous plan.
After choosing the lower price plan ($30) and paying for it, you should see the higher plan under your account (like $35 for 75 GB).
You can choose the new $35 plan and choose "Change on Renewal", you will be billed on your next billing date for new $35 plan and your plan will be upgraded to $35 for 75GB.
Keep in mind that any benefits , discounts may disappear from your account when you changing the plans.
In addition, the described method was suggested by some people on this community and was never confirmed by Customer Service, hence on your own risk.
Hope it helps.
Best.

Unfortunately, PM changed to rules. You can only upgrade your plan and you can’t downgrade your plan if it is not in your subscription account.
