My account have a ‘500 one time int’l LD bonus’ what is it? Can I call a Chinese number with it in 500 minutes? What is difference with another’500 minutes’ that I used 22%

500 minutes is equal to 8 hours or a full day at work or school. I think that can lasts for atleast 1 week, assuming you talk for 1 hour straight.  

If you talk for 30 minutes a day, then 2 weeks and so forth. That should be adequate amount of talk time. 

Then assuming that there will be days that you don't use it at all, then 1 month.

Officailly, that isn't the correct country list for the holiday-themed free long distance add-ons.  Unofficially, many, if not all of those in the list that you have provided can be called, including numbers in Canada and the U.S.
