Port Failed - Urgent Help

Ported last night, and I'm stuck between two phone numbers. The number I ported in is currently working for calls, the number you assign me when I set up the account yesterday is handling all text messages.

I ported in from Koodo post paid. I have tried restarting phone, I have tried a new phone, I have tried reinstalling SIM card. I have tried everything. I believe someone needs to look at this on your end to fix it. Thank you.

outbound calls on PM sim will work, but are you getting inbound calls? likely not.  Call the support team and check if porting was done

And if porting was done and still have call problem, try reboot your phone once and Reset All Networks.  Also, put the PM sim card in another phone to test

Yes, received the text. As mentioned porting worked fine for calls, did not work for texts. I'm stuck between two phone numbers and could be missing urgent messages.

did you ever get a text from Koodo about porting and you reply Yes to approve?

You can call Public Mobile porting team and get status update.  I will send you the porting team number.  Please check your Community inbox for my message
