So it says 50% off for 24 months but when I check "Estimated upcoming payment", it says $40 plus tax. Is anyone having the same issue?

hi @Trainwrecks
the 50% offer is for new activations
But for some, just some not all, existing, they see the 50% offer on some plans, too. Not me, I checked and none of mine show any 50% offer

Looks like offer on available to new customers? I will see if competition has similar offer and I’ll leave. Not a fan of new customer only offers.

adding @Makayla12345 im assuming your existing customer as the $30 plan is for new activations I think it’s glitch appearing on existing customers accounts when changing plans and you will be stuck paying the the $40 I would confirm with support before making that change unless your ok at $40 every 30 days
@Handy1 I won't be stuck paying $40. I have a screenshot showing that it accepted my change on renewal and shows the $20 discount. If it was a glitch I am certain that they would put me/you back on our old plan.

Yes I’m getting the same.

@Makayla12345 I’m confused by this all I see 100GB for $40 in my account no 50% off but in website it shows 100GB for $30 being the 50% off then $60 in 2 years so I think the 100GB for $40 is actually better because in 2 year you pay $60 and it’s hard to downgrade plans now so I wouldn’t fall for the 50% off gimmick
All this said I’m sticking with my $30/30GB plan or go for the $50 150GB plan

yes this is how promo credit work. In fact to be precise, the system will add the $20 credit to your account before renewal and then only debit you $20 + tax.
They have to keep saying it is $40 because the plan value you have is $40, not $20.

for 24 mos, you'll only pay $20 / 30 days for this plan. After 24mos...the promo $20 is gone and you pay $40 plus tax / 30 days.

Is this what cs told you? If so tia

The system will add the credit after
