Hello Public Community,
Does this long distance minutes bucket add up on the monthly allowed minutes in the account or must be within monthly minutes?
I was wondering if I sign up for $15 for 100 minutes plan and than buy the Canada Long Distance Add-On than how will my talking time be consumed?
Will it use my monthly allotted 100 minutes first than start using my 500 minutes add-on or vise versa ?
Regards

Add-ons remain attached to account until they're fully used. Even if you change your plan to one with Unlimited Talk.
The only exceptions are USA Roaming add-ons (with 10-day duration) and certain promo add-ons (with special limits, conditions, and/or expiry duration as defined by the promo).

Your 100 plan minutes will be used first and if not depleted within your 30 day billing cycle will expire. The long distance add-on is used after your plan minutes have been used up and remain in your account and will roll over to next month until they are depleted.

Your allotted 100 minutes will be used first then the Add-ons.
The balance of the add-ons will roll over at the end of 30 days until all used up.
