Yes, esim is sent in that activation email but it is useless because that QR DOES NOT WORK. It says Code is not valid and contact you. ESIM tranfer does not work either.
As my current carrier, why can't you simply just give me a working QR for my ESIM? I do not understand. I could test it on my other device to see if it would fix my 5G and data issue. I have been requesting for it but nothing. If i don't get the working QR it means i have to go an purchase ESIM again and again for each installation try for $5.
Now it's been over 48 hours my 5G plan does not load YOUTUBE videos. Need I say more? And before you bombard me with generic responses, yes I have reset network, restart, switching to LTE etc anything that can be done has been done. My device is fine. And NO it is not due to location my internet is trash, Public Mobile clearly says my area is covered with 5G. If this is not true then it's simply a scam and i was scammed. You cannot make excuses here. You are telling me it won't work while i am in canada on a location where is it clearly covered?
I know this is a just a Setup issue. Just give me my QR code for the sim. My iphone diagnostic said there was error with esim(while i can receive calls texts etc easily) but cannot use internet because its too slow. I was so excited to make this switch because this would have been my first even high speed internet for data, i was using 2gb per month on a service that was supposed to be slow but trust me it was way faster than this. Hope i was not SCAMMED
I have not used the services as promised, it was only hassle. Am i eligible for a full refund? I will just move on to a new carrier tomorrow if it doesn;t get fixed

@prajwal Do you have the phone set to 5G On or 5G Auto? I have my iPhone 13 on 5G Auto and while it gets 5G outdoors it is always on LTE in the house - 5G doesn't penetrate walls as well as LTE.

Issue has been solved. Thanks everyone. It just doesn’t work at all in particular areas. It worked fine when i moved to a new location a bit far from home. It’s inconvenient that it doesn’t work in my home but it does work well outside

Im using 13 pro max. I actually just did a network reset. I have done it more than 4-5 times in the last 2 days. Also restarted etc many times

It looks like you are finally connected to PM from the speed test. What model iPhone are you using?
Try resetting the Network setting and reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

Download speed finally reached 95 mbps for the first time. I was getting less than 1mbps. I am literally at the same spot. Which means something ain't right
