I have received my Sim Card but the $40 plan is removed from website, How can I get it?

I ported two phones from Telus pay as you go to Publicmobile and filled out all of the fields on the activation page, the account and pin and everything and they both binged and sent text messages before I had finished reading the summary page at the end of activation. So maybe 30 to 40 seconds.

 

I hadn't even gotten to taking the existing telus sim card out and putting the Publicmobile one in and it had already sent a text message with my new Publicmobile PIN that I had set during activation.

There very first iPhone model is not compatible as it was not 3g compatible.

It takes anywhere from some minutes to days, depends on how busy both sides are.

Yup, all iPhones work on PM.  This is because PM uses the Telus network and Telus has always supported the iPhone.

Iphone is ok as long as its unlocked.

If it's unlocked it doesn't matter if it's from Wind. Unless you know something that I don't, which is very possible lol

If you're not with Koodo / Telus, there should be any problems.  Just make sure you use the same email for both registration and for the community.

It's a separate account but same email for community

You should be using the same account for community and sign up to ensure that you get your rewards awarded properly.

 

You may have a problem if the email is the same as Koodo Self Serve email

It's actually Koodo that's the problem not Telus

The account is separate from your community/forum account. You have to choose an e-mail (if porting from TELUS choose a different e-mail than what you were using for your TELUS account), password, and PIN.

They only took it off the main website because new users won't get sim cards in time. But you can still get the fall offer during activation.

 

When you get to the plans page there are a bunch of columns. Choose the 90-day, province-wide, unlimited text, 12GB and then the "fall promo" gets automatically selected in the last column, showing the total of $120 for the 90 days.

You won't see it until you register your SIM card and select the options listed by Rockdaddy22
