@Sumer yes, for PIN code, only PM support can assist, there is no interface for self reset. It is a quick process. Please open ticket with PM Support

@Sumer , could you possibly be mixing up the login password with the PIN code. These are two different items.

@Sumer the 4 digits pin? You will have to open a ticket with PM Support to have them reset it for you

Which 4 digits? What are you trying to do? If this is your 4 digit account pin then only the support people can reset it.
