I registered for PM's $25 for 3GB for 12 months plan in October 2022. Now it's the 8th month I have been using this plan. However, today I just checked that there is no longer a promotional data section of 2GB in my account. Could someone working for PM fix this error for me? I would like to keep having my promotional 2GB for the next four months!

@Anonymous , yes, it was a 12 months for 2GB extra. Can you check again using Incognito mode and confirm if 2GB is there? If not, yes, message support and they should be able to add it back.

No that's not true. The promotion I got is 2GB extra per month for 12 months

The 2gbs are only a 1 time promotional add on. Once you’ve used the full 2 gbs it’s gone 😞
