Hello, I've been a Public Mobile customer for a long time. I'm looking to change my plan to the advertised 3GB plan at 4G for $35 per month.
https://publicmobile.ca/en/ab/plans/3GB-4Gspeed
I'm currently on a $120 plan with 6GB data for 90 days.
When I go to the change plan option, the cheapest plan I see is for $40 per month - see attached screenshot.
How can I get the $35 per month plan?
Thanks!

HI @brendan714
it is there, you just need to use the yellow down arrow
Also, make sure you click Change plan on renewal date and not Change plan now. You probably do not want PM to change your plan immediately

No, it's not there. I see 2 different $40 plans, a $45 plan, $50, $55, $60, $80 and $90 plans.
But no $35 option.
And yes I realize I can get 15 GB, but I struggle to use 2GB in a month so would rather pay $5 less per month and get 1GB more than what I currently have 🙂

@brendan714 they don't line up by price 😞
scroll down using the yellow arrow on the far right
And you still don't see it try using Incognito mode

click the little down arrow to find your desired $35 plan.
FYI...for $5 more you can have 15Gb's data.
