Is the $34/mo 5G Promo that is advertised on the Public Mobile homepage available for current customers? I see the promo still being advertised on the homepage, and I would like the change my current subscription to this one. I don't see anywhere that it's for new customers only. However, when I go to Account "Change Subscription" page, the promo is not there to select. Wondering if this is a glitch in the system/website as to why it's not showing up as an option. Any help clarifying this would be much appreciated. Also, I tried contacting a Customer Servce Agent but have had no luck connecting with one.

Seems to be only available for new subscribers, which is absolutely unfair to loyal customers

@ArthurShimizu @No sorry it’s only for new activations for now . But note if was offered to existing customers on Black Friday weekend . So fingers crossed this will be available to all come Boxing Day or maybe even a better plan

sorry, like many really good promo, this is only for new activation only
But it might come to us , existing customers, eventually. We seen that happened before. So, come to Community and check your My Account a lot in the next two weeks and hope you will see good news
