I am trying to switch to Black Friday Promo plan $34 40GB 5G plan. However, when I select "change subscription", it doesn't show this plan.
From the advertised plan, it doesn't say anywhere that the plan is for new customers only. So, I should be able to switch.
The ticket system is also not working. Please help me resolve the issue.

Thanks very much everyone for your reply. But this is the reason. Yesterday, I tried to change it multiple times. But the site was not responding and timing out. But it looks like one of the try went through.

Actually in app I'm missing a couple plans (such as the $29 for 10GB), but they're all still showing on the website.

Hi, if you don't see the plan when I change subscription you have likely already selected this plan to change on renewal. Go to your "payments" page and you should see the details of your next renewal and the new plan list there.

@Nobel It's odd that you don't see it, I changed 2 accounts to it this morning and I still see it listed. Contact customer service at the link below and ask them to schedule the change for you.

I still sawthe plan as available this morning... but same here it's no longer showing now. However, PM seems to be changing plans constantly in the last day or so. Maybe they're upping it again and it's temporarily not showing?
