Did you reply with YES to the text with your old SIM in your phone if you just ported your number over to PM?

If you did, reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

@Peteunrau are you a new member who recently transferred to public mobile or an existing client?

@Peteunrau , did you perform a number transfer?  If you did, was a verification text received on the old service?  Try also a phone reboot if you have verified the number transfer.
