I saw it, clicked it and while it was processing I got an error. Even worse is it took away the $102 3 month 50 gig plan I had set for March 1.

Can confirm - I was able to select this as well (2 minutes after CS_Agent said responded to my message telling me it was for new subscriptions only)
I have mine set to change on next renewal date, so can't say if it is 100% true or not yet.
