Customer service agents may be busier the last couple of days.  CSA should respond sometime today.  According to website, up to 48 hours to respond.  

You may want to explain your specific situation, so community members may be offer more specific advice.  However, we are just customers likely yourself.  Unable to access your account.  

From your previous post (yesterday):

I did a portin number my provider send me a text all was good my number was working in both places but the cancel the porting presses an diactivat my services a public mobile I do not have anymore services 

You may want to clarify your situation. Your number can't work with both carriers.  How did you cancel the porting process?  Did you call the porting team number as offered by another member? 

I will move your French post to the French side of forum, if you want to continue your post in French.  However, there are fewer posters on that side of the forum.

@Pierre50004  Have you rebooted the phone ? Did you activate in the app ? Maybe try resetting network settings see if it helps . Also can you try the SIM card in another phone to test ? And have you checked your community in box for their reply ? Or use this link to it here
