Hi, I activated my account today. Actually, the clerk activated my account. I asked him to use the promo code, it appears he did not. Any way to retro this promo, since I've just signed up today? Thanks

Contact CSA by click the blurb on the bottom right and create a ticket.

Ask the the CSA to add the 2GBBONUS promo code to your account. It's YMMV as to whether you will get it for 6 months or unlimited. Technically retail activations only get it for 6 months.

@Mike83 : As above from Triguy. So much for rules and procedures though. Exceptions have been made on a frequent basis to render them useless to being merely suggestions.

@Mike83 Since you mentioned the "clerk", Did you activate in store?
The 2GBBONUS is supposed to be online activation only and not in store.
If you have really activated in store, there is a chance you can still get it. Open a ticket with PM and they might still able to add it back manually, but it is all up to their discretion.
To open ticket with PM:
