Upper right on page, under My Account " logged in as ******* | Balance: $2.00 | Logout Account # ". After this shows a drop down with the account number. It looks like it was designed to show other account numbers if linked? If so, how do you do this? Thank you.

Telus prepaid does NOT have a rewards program to manage. It is likely much easier to manage with one phone number with only one email address attached to it.

You are not the first one to ask that question, but it is a valid one.
Why can't they just change the drop down field to a text box, and make it cleaner? Yes, that would be nice.

I guess this is due to not in house developed software but 3rd party acquired environment where multiple accounts are allowed.

You can only have one account number in your self service account. This drop down does nothing. This is a third party software that PM uses and this is how they choose to use it.
