Hi. I just trying to activate my new service with public mobile and on a last step could not get 2GBBONUS data activate. Just got message " promo code is not valid" I talked to agent from a chat and he said just activated without code and than ask questions here and service agent should help me. I hope someone helps me here. thanks.

@Stewbaroo 2GBBonus has been used for another ongoing promotion (recurring 2GB Bonus data). I am not sure it is for the Lunar New Year 8 months 2GB promotion
Since you already submitted email before to try to get the code, if you want to, you can still activate first and contact PM Support after and ask them to re-apply the promotion manually for you. PM Support are usually very understanding and they will help
If you really want to be certain before you activate, since you still time before Feb 18, you can also send reply on the same message you got from CS Agent and ask them to clarify or provide you another code. (Please note CS Agent usually won't reply to the forum post, so, if you want to clarify before activate, please reply the message you got earlier)

I'm having this bonus activation problem too. I submitted my email to have the bonus code sent to me for use on a new $25 plan- twice at the end of January. Never received a reply. So before February 2, I contacted chat and they gave me the code 2GBBONUS to use. Today February 8, I just tried using it- and it's saying 'invalid'-it's supposed to be valid til the 18th?? I screenshotted the offer back in January: the offer btw.

That link doesn't work. Note the confusing wording ( as per usual) before February 2nd 11:59 pm eastern. Pm may have considered that last night and removed the link but it can certainly be interpreted as tonight?!! I haven't been able to find a working link to the email registration but of course the ad without terms is still up so customer support should honour the promo for the OP.

The LNYGIFT promo is $25+ plans. The 2GBBONUS promo is for $35+ plans. Maybe we can still find a working link for the LNYGIFT promo but it did have an expiry date of yesterday.

Enter your email address at the link supplied by @VIP_Tech . Although entering your email is not necessary to qualify for the 2GBBONUS promotion it's better to be safe and have a copy of the email as proof. The important thing is to have a copy of the promotion being active as of today.

Hmmm...strange. The promocode should still be active on $35+ plans but the terms and conditions do say it could be revoked at any time. Preregister your email for the LNYGIFT promocode that gives 2gb of recurring monthly plan data for 8 months on $25+ plans just in case the 2GBBONUS promocode is no longer active. After registering your email for the lunar New Year bonus promotion then contact customer support to add the 2GBBONUS promocode with the LNYGIFT promocode as a back up in case the 2GBBONUS promocode is no longer offered.
