2FA not working after plan change

Hi.  I think my plan changed this am to the 60GB can-US-Mexico from the 50GB plan.

I went to 2FA a couple of things this am. One was a payment confirmation from my bank and another a questtrade 2FA.  Neither texts came through.  I tried resetting the phone, network, etc. and still don't get them. Help?

Try to remove sim, reboot phone and try again.

How about other services? Calls in/out, internet, plain SMS?

Looks like my entire phone is a mess right now so I will submit a ticket.

@Thewun  Are  you able to receive regular SMS messages from others?
