I got notification on May 8 which said that Public Mobile added 240GB of bonus data to my account, but it disappeared now. I changed my plan after that because I thought the bonus data is enought to use in this 150 days. I didn't expect that it can be disappeared when I made the plan changeing. There is no prompt from the system that if you change your plan, the data will disappear. Please help.

Message the support stuff. Once they have failed to resolve your complaint - file a CCTS complaint about this.

@rachelwang - Once you change to a lower value plan you will lose the bonus loyalty data as written in the FAQ article:
Will I lose my special bonus data if I switch plans?
The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

Sorry, but one of the conditions of the free data add-on are that it would be forfeited upon amy change to a lower priced plan.
