My wife made a login and whenever she tries to sign in it says forbidden A1 or something how can i log in and why is there not a on the phone support already?

@Richard_barros - That is one of the ways that Public Mobile offers such plans. Less customer service.
Also have you tried refreshing, clearing cookies / cache? Using Private Mode / Incognito Mode / Secret Mode yet? Using another browser? Try another device.
If it doesn't work, please contact CS_Agent by clicking on the little chat icon in the bottom right corner and typing in "Submit a ticket." Click on "My Account" then login.
