it is bad enough that it is not local time but really...no 24hour clock? and at minimum AM PM. Hard to tell what time the msgs come in and it almost looks like calls come in local time but txts are eastern. This should be a simple fix and it looks like a painfully old complaint

no logic to the timestamp...no matter where you live. ALL computers use the 24hr clock. at least do that.
I guess that means it will not get fixed. 😞

@dianet - Agreed, AM/PM or 24 hour would be Great!
We are reliant on 'cheat sheets' to translate our usage on self serve. PM likes making us work for the details of service they are providing.
😑

You have to realize that in Canada, Toronto is the only location that actually matters, so all of us peons outside of "the six" have to accommodate the center of the Universe that is Tarrana.

Hi @dianet ,. I think because PM itself is based in Toronto , it is not very friendly to non EST users. 😞

Agree. It. Does. Suck.
(unless you live in the Eastern Zone - in which case, then all the power to you)

@dianet : Welcome to Public Mobile where change happens at a snails pace.
@darlicious: got that reference of yours? 🙂
Edit: Here it is:
- Outside of the eastern time zone the time stamp in your daily usage pages can be confusing. All texts are logged in eastern time. Incoming calling redirected to voicemail is also in eastern.
- Incoming and outgoing calling that is answered are logged in usage at local time.
