2021-04-28 VISA charged $28.73 (vs. usual 23.73), meaning the $4 in autopay and loyalty credits were NOT applied (amounts are HST inclusive). The foregoing being the case despite the account portal showing the CR correctly applicable and applied. There is a $4 CR on the account. Is this over-draw going to be the new normal going forward.

@gd416 no need to guess what reward have or have not been applied
Just to to Self-Serve->Payment->Transaction History,
it would show you very clearly the following lines (if applied)
Reward - Loyalty Recognition/Récompense - Reconnaissance de Fidélité
Reward - Refer-a-Friend ($1 per active friend) /Récompense - Référez-un-ami (1 $ par ami actif)
AutoPay Reward $2.00 $12.00
Reward - Community/Récompense – Communauté
Automatic Top-Up/Réapprovisionnements auto.
Then there would be 2 more lines for the plan itself:
X GB at 3G Speed/ 1Go à la vitesse 3G $15.00 $0.00
30-day plan/Forfait de 30 jours
Please confirm and you will see if PM forgotten the reward or not.

It can’t be that the $4 in credits wasn’t used as you say there is exactly $5 difference charged. There would be tax on the extra $4 or $5 too so if the $4 in credits wasn’t used you would have to be in an area with 25% tax to get to exactly $5 extra.

This does happen from time to time, check your payment history and see if the credits were applied before or after cc withdrawal. If it's before you should contact moderators so that it doesn't happen again (next time you should have 8 in credits) if it's after, whatever happened was most likely fixed but check again next month and contact mods if it repeats

Was your account ever suspended ?

The renewal for accounts on May 28th was not normal with some actions very delayed on accounts. Mine has very wonky accounting in the payment history. As long as your rewards were added to your balance eventually they will be there for your next renewal and your card will be charged $4.60 less than normal.

The amount showing in your Available Balance SHOULD reduce the amount of your subsequent auto-pay withdrawal from a registered Payment Card.
I would await the next renewal to see if that happens.
If it doesn't, then contact the Moderators to inquire as to why and they may be able to make an account-based change to ensure it all works smoothly. You may wish to take a screenshot of the $4.00 credit in your Available Funds (as a record should you need to raise it with Moderators after next renewal)
