@Shanoon Unfortunately, payment could fail for no specific reason
Please wait a full hour before trying again on My Account once. If that does not work, try calling *611 and pay the amount due there, 4 digits account pin required
If still does not work, please message support here for further assistance

@Shanoon You might need to wait n hour for the second account . May have triggered fraud alert on your credit card . But first check make sure you were not charged twice . Then when you try again try incognito mode private mode or even a different device and you should be good

have you created an eversafe account for the problematic one?
try clearing cache and cookies, and using an incognito or private tab to access the login site.
sometimes, using laptop or desktop works better as well.
