19$ plan promo, what's included?

Does the 19$ plan promo (1gb 4G) includes voicemail, caller ID etc.? 

Looks like it is not included when compared to the other available plans.

I managed to restore the ability to customize "conditional" forwarding as well by temporarily moving my SIM into a non VoLTE capable phone (A blackberry Q10...)... From there on I can still manage it even on the original VoLTE device again too.

It does in fact include the caller id and voicemail. I have this exact same plan right now.
