$15 plan: Add on 240gb loyalty bonus still work?

I have the 240gb loyalty data bonus for another 99 days and I'm wondering if I can use this data if I switch to the 15$ a month plan.

sorry @markman090 , you cannot 

there is a condition to this add-on that you will lose it if you downgrade you plan. 

Some managed to ask agent to give back a much smaller add-on after changed to $15, only a 5GB.  But that 5GB is not guaranteed
