Once you run out of minutes you cannot call out again right? Without purchasing an add-on correct? You can only receive incoming calls once those minutes are done

So @brettster99
One way of preserving your 100 minutes.....if you make a call to ? and they have a local number and an 800 number.....use the 800 number.......have both numbers in your contacts list.

Yep -- the $5/500 canada-wide minutes add-on is a great companion to the $15 plan because of this. Though, if you've been with public mobile for and of the past 3 or the current holiday add-on givaways, those freebee international calling minutes can also be used for calling with Canada.
And as @CountyDownIeUk wrote, you can indeed call toll-free numbers with 0 minutes left on your $15 plan as well (800/888/877/866/855/844)

It is supposedly possible to still call 800 numbers.

@Metal1967 Yeah, you are right. Time to ditch technology XD

Yes that's right, but don't forget you'll be getting all those lovely free holiday calling gift of minutes. You can use those, after your 100 minutes are gone.

Correct, correct, correct.
After using 100 outgoing minutes to continue calling you have to purchase Canada wide talk minutes. It will cost you 1 cent for 1 minute of calling out. Incoming calls are still unlimited with or without add-on.
