Hello,
I received a text from Public Mobile saying that I have a promotion for 10GB of data for $29/month, how do I know the fine print of this offer - does it expire after one month and then I have to pay an increased price? And how do I know if this is a legit Public Mobile text and not a scam from some other source?
Thanks for any help!

@publicmobile115 These text offers don't usually expire otherwise it should be in the next message. These offers are usually targeted so you can't see the details on their site. Some people have receive offers of $25/5GB in the past so this seems like another interation of these targeted offers. You must be on a $15 or $25 plan already so they're trying to tempt you with more data at a slightly higher price. If you want a reassurance, you can contact cs agent and they can confirm if there are any caveats to the offer. You could reach out to CS agent using this link to send them a PM.

@publicmobile115 You just have to reply YES and it will change in your next renewal date . It won’t effect your rewards they will stay the same and you get to keep the plan until you decide to change it or leave PM . There no expiry on the plan just the deadline to except the offer
