Why did my $10 plan disappeared. Its now $15. Please advice.

@Dkai001 So, you are on that plan now? If that is the case, you are still on the plan, except it is now $13

@Dkai001 we all thouht it would stay 10 but I guess they needed more money so they unfairly raised it to 13 but don't give up just yet , they have to explain themselves to the CCTS

Unless you opted for the $15 plan....you do still have the old $10 plan. The cost has risen to $13..plus tax.
Log in to your account to see which plan you currently have.
edit'd to do some math...
$13 + 12% = $14.56.

$10 Plan is grandfathered plan. The only change is it cost now $13 for those who were on $10 Plan.
Current plans start from $15.

@Dkai001 the $10 has not been offered for quite some time, maybe 2 years or more. The cheapest available plan is nor $15
Or if you have been a $10 plan subscriber, the plan is now $13
