When is your renewal? If necessary schedule a plan change to a lower priced plan that you can live with for up to a month. The $15 plan may elicit more targeted text offers than the $25 plan would and if no text offers are recieved or wanted you can plead your case on day 29 of your 30 day cycle for almost any in market plan with a higher probability of success.

How much is the plan? $29? She's probably on the $25 plan and they are trying to increase her spend. Are you on the same $25 plan, or something higher?

@Phill1966 unfortunately all promo offers have different for all users. What each one get even though same household and same length of service, not guaranteed an offer.
But you can message cs agent and try yo plea your case.
