Hi,
I was recieving my $10 Beta tester credit without any problems but then I ported in my permanent phone number into Public Mobile on June 3 and now I don't see my beta tester credit anywhere (which is supposed to come on the 4th)
Can someone please help me? I'm not sure what happened...

Wait until monday, then send an email to get your rewards.
How to send an email ?
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "My Account"
- Choose "Rewards"
- Choose "Other"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
An agent from Public Mobile will try to answer you ASAP.
