Hi @Shazia_K, My Mama just called me, The Data thing is Not functioning, The Call and Txt work though, Can U repair the link please?

When you say data is not working have you 

1. checked your data usage in self serve (if the data addon is not there t means it has all been used
2. checked that data on her phone is turned on/ airplane mode is off (sounds silly but it has happened
3. checked teh APN setting.  Sometimes deleting them and readding them solves problems

Also what phone is she using?
