It does it automatically right?

@murpharator the data itself does not has an expiring day. Unused portion will roll over to next month until all used up.
PM will always take data from your regular monthly data first (the 250MB), if used up, then it will take it from this holiday bonus

Will my data be taken from this 2GB first or its going to be from my 250MB that I have with my plan?
Thanks

Hi, I would try creating a new message to 4911 and then reply with YES. Maybe put your sim card back in and restarting your device.
Have a nice day

Hi, I was wondering if the 2000MB add on for Christmas is taken away after or if it stayed if not used right away?
Thank you

Text YES to 4911
If you don’t get an immediate response, then wait it out today as today is the last day the invite being sent.
Tomorrow contact a CSA.

Public Mobile: Looks like you've reached the maximum number of purchases allowed, so no changes have been made to your account. Don't worry, you haven't been charged for this attempt.
Did you take a look at your account? Are they there?
If no, contact a CSA.

I have yet to receive any form of "More is Merrier." No text message has informed me to join and when I look on my phone, in my account, there is nothing to indicate any form of joining or saying "Yes."

Responding with YES to 4911 did the trick. Thank you @dabr so much.

@computergeek541 : Me too. I only have the gifts. I've bought 2 1gb's, 1 200mb, 2 500 Canada's. The rest are all gifts.

I'd be interested to know new customers with no other add-ons present.
I've never purchased any of the older long distance add-ons. The only ones that I have are the ones that have been given to customers.

I believe that they had at least the last two give away LD minutes available in their account to use.

Members have been talking about about this for couple of years now, so Public Mobile must know by now, but I'm not sure that it's a great concern to them as the calling destinations in both types of add-ons are to relatively inexpensive places to call.

@Anonymous wrote:@CountyDownIeUk : Maybe I'll get reported and banned for daring to correct an Oracle. I think he's mistaken. Technically.
The 400 minute, the 400 minute gift, the two 500 minute gifts are all the same set of countries. None of them include Australia. Only the new 300 minute says Australia.
YMMV comes in if you actually try to call Australia with no other add-ons on hand.
I think you are ok. @computergeek541 is a pretty good guy. But ssomeone else might.
12-15-2021 12:44 AM
I think you might be right. The other day someone else tried calling a spouse on a cruise ship with a number from Norway and it worked, even though Norway wasn't on the list. So not all countries are listed.

@Anonymous
Maybe you'll just get banished down to the Lounge and everyone won't see anything of what you said.

Give it a try. It works.
