@Dkloo2 Bottom line the $10 plan is currently not available.

At times it was a limited time offer, at times it was a regular plan offer but as of today July 28, 2020 Public Mobile does not offer a $10 plan. To see a full list of plans that Public Mobile currently offers please refer to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans.

Hope this helps.

 @Dkloo2

It was a regular plan for a year or so and then they said they were removing it soon and then there was a bit of an uprising and then they extended the removal and then they removed it.

What happened to my $10 plan??

please advised. It says plan expired as of Dec 4

If your renewal date is tomorrow, your account status will change to expired.  Ignore the status if your phone is still working.  By tomorrow morning, your account status will be back to active.

@Dkloo2Don't worry your plan is grandfathered in as long as you don't change it. It's your renewal night? Par for the course... plan says expired...then it takes your payment...says suspended...then will turn to active. As long as you have service you are Are A OK.

very bad decision. I switch from pay as you go for 8 dollar as a second phone. now I have to switch back.

Customers who already have the $10 plan can keep it.

I hope we see it soon, maybe even better dressed up.

It sad to see it go. Most new activations will take $15 plan maybe, but $10 plan is good for people who rarely use the phone.

Hello my new little friend....just joined my family. The oh so simple $10 plan. So simple it's free for me...thank you public mobile! Who knew by my third month it would be free....thru rewards only!

I totally agree with you, with auto pay you'll only have to add 3$ extra for a lot more perks
the 10$ plan was cheap but the 15$ will definetly be worth it

Still so much cheaper than the other companies i've been with before

Knowing that $10 plan is expiring as of Oct 6th, If I schedule my plan to be changed to this plan at the end of my current cycle (15th October) today, will it work?

yeap.

But I just changed it effective immediately just in case.

I guess I don't trust them enough XD

In case of?  I'm not sure of how many days were remaining in your old plan, but performing an immediate plan change costs you more at a faster rate.   If Public Mobile wants to take the $10 plan away from customers, they only need to provide 30 days notice.

Also @sandhuhk  another good add on for the 10$ plan is the 5$ 500 minute calling.  The 500 minutes roll over every month until used up incase you go over your 50 plan minutes

@sandhuhk  yes, just make sure you click at next renewal

@onewaylove Yes you can but the $10 will be applied to the next cycle after the initial 30 day plan is up.

I have $12 monthly recurring credit. (so extra $2 left)

so I've accumulated some credit on my account so far.

Will this credit applicable towards my second line?

or are they completely separate even if I have both lines under one PM account

The credit will only apply separately to each individual account.  You can't have both lines under one account anyways.  Each phone number needs its own account/separate email address.

I am in a similar position. But you cannot have two phone numbers/SIM cards on one account. The rewards are not interchangeable. You swap SIM cards between phones or use a dual SIM phone and change plans according to need.

Can you self-refer and add the second line under your existing PM account?

(if possible, is this a good idea?)

Yes you can self refer and add a second account with a separate email address. There is only one SIM card and one phone line per account.

okay. this makes more sense.

I guess the previous response was a wrong info
