Had this happen last month thought everything fixed, and again it happens, nothing has changed with my card, will be looking for new provider if this isn't fixed
Just the other day my phone stopped opening MMS texts. I have lots of data and to my knowledge nothing has changed on my phone. I have a Samsung A11. Not sure I put this in the right place.
I ordered a Sim card more than a week ago, so far nothing and I never got a confirmation email or order number.  Was going to submit a ticket but I couldn't find an order number anywhere.  Where would I find the order # please and thanks!
Have to get as new sim card as old phone used a micro and new needs a nano. Already ordered but wondering if I can keep my number which everyone has and is on resume. Old sim is also Public Mobile.
Suddenly my data isn't working. I have a 5 gb plan that renews on the 11th of each month and according to my phone and my account info have only used a bit over 1 gb. Are there any system issues right now? I'm in Belleville, Ontario.
