Suddenly my data isn't working. I have a 5 gb plan that renews on the 11th of each month and according to my phone and my account info have only used a bit over 1 gb. Are there any system issues right now? I'm in Belleville, Ontario.

My Data is also not working now for 2 hours. My account also reads suspended....

my data is not working. found out my account is suspended, although i am on auto pay on renewal. wonder why?

@Patmac, if you're on a 90-day plan, your data resets every 90-days. Not 30-days.
What specific plan are you on? All data amounts whether for 30-day or 90-day are for the entire cycle, not just 30-day periods.
For some reason, some subscribers do not understand this. This is the only reason I mention it.
EDIT : Oops.. meant this for a different thread. I have no idea if you're on a 30 or 90 day plan.

Thanks for suggestions. Did a restart and data working again. Nice when it's the simplest fix!

Another possibility is that your phone has a consumption meter where it can stop data at a certain point. Remember that this service is 30 days...not a month. Many cell phones have such a thing but they're based on a month.

@PatmacTry restarting your phone. If data still does not work disable mobile data, then enable it and confirm your APN settings have not been changed.

If you don't see mention of your data lower down in your overview page then you've used it all.

Did you turn on your data, check this first.
