Had to verified IMEI before purchasing e-sim plan, it gave me a pass. It's a Canadian Galaxy s20, it is e-sim compatible.Can't submit a ticket because the button is greyed despite filling all the fields.What do I do?

An IMEI is a very specific ID, so this is a bit ridiculous. Thanks anyway.
