I dropped my phone (not hard at all) and now for some reason it's saying No Service. I reinserted the SIM card, and tried shutting it off and on but nothing works. Any suggestions?
My plan renewed today, and for some reason it charged me the full $15, when it should be $7 because of my credits from rewards. Also, last month it charged me $9, when it should've been $7 as well. So why didn't my rewards apply this month?
Yesterday I paid for $40 for a payment voucher and then changed my plan right away after applying my voucher, and it went back to my original $2 balance. So I lost $40...
Good news everyone, it works! All I did was did a Network Settings reset. I took out the SIM, did the reset, then put the SIM back in. [Self solution accepted .......... Luddite]
